Change Request Form

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
  1. The first LOO change request is free if it is before the CoE is 'issued'.
  2. A fee of $55 is applicable for any change of CoE.
  3. If the visa is 'granted' and the student defers their studies for over 7 days, a $55 fee is applicable for any course variation and/or new CoE.

*If visa is 'granted' and the student decides to postpone the trip and needs a new CoE, it is recommended to do the adjustments of new CoE once the student is here in Australia. An administration fee of $55 must be paid.

If payment is needed and not completed after this form, your request will not be processed.
HOLIDAY REQUESTS
  1. Leave requests are considered case by case and according to Compassionate and Compelling circumstances policy and your original Offer of Letter.
  2. You cannot backdate your leave request.
  3. All fees need to be paid in order for leave to be considered.
  4. You may be asked to provide evidence of your compassionate and compelling circumstances
  5. Administration fees of $55 will apply.
